Upgrade FGU from Standard to Ultimate license
If I upgrade my license from standard to ultimate, will all of my purchased stuff (PH, MM, & modules) automatically be in the upgraded license? or will I have to manually transfer them over?

Yes, all you stuff is linked to your username, not your license key. Just upgrade your license key in settings and run an update. Everything wil be just as it was.
