Tokens not showing up for players

Hi All,
I've seen this issue reported a time or two before, but not the fixes. I host a Fantasy Grounds Classic game from machine 1. I have remote players connecting to machine 1 through an alias. I have one player on machine 2, on the same network as machine 1. They use a different license key and connect to the session using an alias. The player on machine 2 cannot see tokens. No other player has trouble seeing tokens.

Any advice?

The player on the same network should connect via the hosts local IP address and not the alias.
