Can I see what RPGs there are?
I see a few in the start campaign but can I buy more? Is HARP in there? I searched in the store and PF and D&D books came up.

Welcome!
The FG home page shows the supported/available rulesets. https://www.fantasygrounds.com/home/home.php Basically these are ones that you can buy content for.
You can run pretty much any RPG using the CoreRPG or community MoreCore rulesets. But they won't have DLC you can purchase/load (unless they are released under something like the OGL or a community license).
As far as I know, their is not an official or community ruleset for HARP, but again, you should be able to play by creating a character sheet using CoreRPG or MoreCore.

Conan 2d20 is also available, but still does not have its own banner.
