NPC Flavours Issue

Running NPC Flavors on my Waterdeep Dragon Heist campaign and I keep getting an error code when I try and add encounters to the combat tracker. The error prevents the encounter from loading properly.

• If I turn off NPC Flavors, the encounter's load properly.
• It doesn't matter where I get the encounters from, I still get the error code. I can generate new ones, same error, or I can pull them from other modules and they still have that error.
• When I load the extension with other campaigns, it works fine. and had been working fine up to this point, (11 sessions in)

Any advice?
