Map all grey/not loading for one player
I know this might be a common occurrence, but I'm having problems (as a player) to open certain maps in Dungeon of Mad Mage, especifically Level-1-Players and Level 2 as well. The other maps so far work fine, including other campaigns I play. I also don't believe I have any memory or wifi issues. This is the first time I have this problem in FG after like 2 years+ playing.
3 players see the map, all I see is grey and the tokens.
So far I have tried with no success:
1 - Clearing cache and reopening FG under administrator
2 - DM resharing map after unsharing
3 - DM renaming the map then resharing
4 - Checking console log - it's empty
Running low on ideas, any help? As it's a module map, can't really save it to desktop and reload it again.
Thanks,
Manuel

FGU or FGC?
What operating system is the player running on? Are they on a 32bit Windows or on a Mac?
It may be a memory issue on that players side.

64 bit Windows - ok. 4GB RAM or more?
FGC or FGU?
/flushdb will unshare everything that has been shared to players.
If its a memory issue that could help.

Then its unlikely to only affect this player if its a memory issue.
You could export the chars and import them into a new campaign and see if that helps the situation.
Most of the image loading issues have been FGU related.
One other thing you could try is have another player zip up their cache and dropbox/onedrive it to the affected player and they could test with that.

Hi there,
I am having a similar problem with level 2 player map not displaying for any of the players regardless of their setup. All are running windows 10 64 bit with 8 gb ram or more with the latest build of FGU. any thoughts?
