    Barbarian Rage

    Anyone know how to get an effect for barbarian rage? The big thing is the 2d20 (take highest) when attacking. But the crit of both 20s are 11+ would be great too.

    Also, we need to be able to do 2d20 take lowest for the Shocked condition from Bestiary 2.
