Character Tracker

When creating a character above level 1, is there a way in the advancement tracker to select at which level a particular feat was selected?

If a 7th level character retrains a 3rd level feat it looks like it adds the new feat at level 7 (not 3). Is there a workaround for that? (I've been exporting the character at each level so that i can go in and edit the tracker and then apply all future advancements but it's not the most efficient route in the world)

Hover over the level number indicator to the left of the ability and use CTRL+mouse wheel to adjust the number.

You can also click on the number (you won't see a cursor) and type the number.
