How can you send an attachment?
Once again I'm new to FG but not to D&D AL. I signed up to play a game this Tue but I'm having trouble creating my existing character in FG. I do have the character created on D&DBeyond so I have exported into .pdf format and I'm trying to send this attachment to the DM but do not see the option to attach.
Any Suggestions would be Great.

post it as an attachment here and send the link to this post to the GM.

I found out a way to post an attachment to this forum posting but still not able to send attachment via email.

If by email you mean the forum PM facility then, yes, you can't send attachments via PM. Ask the GM for their email address or put the PDF in a cloud share and send them the link via PM.
