License issues, help?

Hello,
I purchased ultimate and have it downloaded. When I put it in license key, I continue to get an error that it's not recognized and asks me to check and make sure I'm entering it correctly. I've entered the license multiple times and a variety of ways; with hyphen, without hyphens. I've tried to copy the license from my order history but the login window doesn't allow pasting. I have an email to support but nothing yet. Any idea?

Hello Xirtam12,

The #1 cause we see for this in customer support is people using an FGC key for FGU, or vice versa. You have a license subscription for Fantasy Grounds Classic Ultimate. This will only work with the installers and version of the software available here:

You would need a subscription to Fantasy Grounds Unity (Early Access) to use it with FGU and the installers here:
