Difficulties Installing FG on New Laptop

Hello,
I am trying to install Fantasy Grounds on a new pc. As I run the installer, I am not able to login to my Fantasy Grounds Account and also the installer it gets interrupted with Network Timeout. I tried turning off my firewall and virus protection already. I do not run any additional virus software like Malwarebytes.

Something is blocking the connection between the FG updater application and the Internet. The most common issues are security software (such as firewalls and other security software).

However, a recent trend in Internet service providers is to add an Advanced Security option that blocks for no good reason, and doesn't allow companies to whitelist. Check out this thread to see if it applies:
