Cannot open any "brown bags" in FG

Hello and sorry if this issue has been solved before, I've been hunting and cannot find an answer.

I can't open and folders or "brown bags" in FGU with Ultimate subscription. When I click on them nothing happens at all. If I'm not mistaken, I should at least be able to access the portraits or tokens that are included with Ultimate. I've checked the file directory and everything looks correct.

Thanks in advance, really hope to sort this out. I would much prefer to stay on FG than go back to the other vtt.

Have you tried double-clicking on the token or portrait bags?
