Portions of windows sometimes blank

Thanks for the update. Carl just finished a big refactor of the all scrolling ruleset elements for performance and to address this issue.

After another couple of long sessions and opening a lot of windows and not having any blanking windows, I'm pretty positive this is now fixed.
