Can I transfer a race?

I have been playing around with FGU for a couple days and started creating some races from a friends campaign I was helping him with. He is looking at moving the game to FGU for the foreseeable future and I wanted to give him the races I have already finished. Can I export these and give him the data so he will not have to recreate them?

Yes, you can. Type /export and select races (and whatever else you want to export), and then send him the created module.
