My Campaign not showing in lobby

Hi guys,

I've just recently purchased Ultimate FG Unity but when I host my campaign it does not show on the lobby and my user name is searched for it states my i am not registered to the lobby server. I can not work out what I need to do to fix this. Can offer some advise?

Ok I gave uninstalled and reinstalled stalled FG and I know show up in the lobby but now people get stuck on a screen with acquiring file list written on it and an empty load bar that doesn’t move. Anyone else had this problem?

When did you and your players install FGU?
If it was Friday or earlier please uninstall and download a fresh installer and reinstall.

Not sure about my players but I originally installed around a week ago, not sure about my players. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it today. Should I get my players to do the same?

Yes. Normally the updater handles updating itself properly. But there was an issue with some builds last week.

OK my player has also uninstalled and reinstalled but the problem is persisting. Is there anything else we can do?

Is this still what the issue is after the players have updated?

If so, make sure that the versions reported in the top right of the FG startup screen are the same. The latest (as of now) is v4.0.0 <license type> (2020-03-26).

What ruleset are you using? Do you have any extensions or themes enabled? The reason I ask is that if there is more data than usually being sent at startup then this could cause a delay - as the ruleset and enabled extensions\themes get downloaded from the GM to all players.

Some people have reported this upload can take a long time 10-15 minutes. How long have the players waited?

There is a current issue where only the first 100 lobby servers are showing up. If some of the first 100 are marked private, it will actually show even fewer lobbies. Your player should still be able to reach you by name. We are looking at correcting this in a future update.
