Standard Steam Get Error during Login and Update in the Updater

Hello,

i get Message HandleUserCookie Network HTTP/1.0 404 Not Found with Network Error after input Logindata.
The Updater during Update Try have HTTP/1.0 494 Not Found too.

Befor i purcheased the steam package i testet the windows installation, no updates problems, all was fine, but without licence key i could not join a game.
I was disableing windows 10 home firewall, but get the error above on steam in the updater

I made a new administrator windows account, but had the same problems and errors.

Can any one help me? Sorry, my english is not so good, i am from germany

Hi Oiram, welcome to the community.

Can you provide some screenshots of what you mean?

If you are trying to connect to a game then you do not need a license. If you are trying to host a game then you will.

The error shows that something on your network is preventing FG from reaching the network but until we know what you are trying to do it is difficult to diagnose the issue.

Also you could try joining our Discord - we have some German speakers who can talk to you in your native language which might make communication easier.
