Internal connection not working - external OK?

Hello, I'm trying to set up (two different) PCs on my internal network to connect to my FG game.

The external users work, internal does not. I tried with both internal and external IPs and the alias.

    Ideas?

Internal connections use the Internal IP rather than the external or alias.

Can the player ping the internal address of the host machine?
If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php

Something on your network is therefore preventing machines from talking to one another on the network. It could be some kind of firewall on the router or something in the Anti Virus software you are using on either machine.

So, I turned on file & print sharing, and can ping that machine.

Still getting the same errors, using either IP address:

Some routers have an option called "Isolation" or similar. This prevents computers from talking to each other on the same network. More common on public or guest networks than most home/work/private networks, but log into your router and make sure that is not the case.

Also make sure that the network connection on both/all computers are set to a private network type (home or work) and not public.

Trying to figure out how to turn off AP Iso on a Arris TG3482G router. I'll let you know...
