    Connection error

    I upgraded today from Classic to Unity. My experience's been positive so far. However, one of the players cannot connect to me. When he is trying to connect to me, he receives this error every time:

    Other players can connect to me fine.
    I have Ultimate license, host public game as GM: ShadoWWW Campaign: Stiny nad Brnem, with password. All other players connect to me as demo players. We all tried to update to the latest version, he tried to re-install the client but nothing solves the issue.

    Do you have the logs from the GM side when the player connection fails as well?

    The company that is providing the network facilitation library asked us to provide logs from both sides if we ran into any issues; so that they could investigate based on any messages in the logs.

    We tried it now again. With the same result again. I even turned the firewall off.

    Strange is he says he cannot connect to me but he can connect to another game hosted by someone else (from public list).

    Problem was somewhere in the installation. Re-installation didn't solve the issue, but when the player installed FGU to virtual Win 10 on the computer, it started working fine from the virtual PC.

    Probably a security application on the main OS side blocking FGU from communicating properly.

    Good afternoon everyone, I'have tried to create a new Cloud-private campaign with no success.
    On discord they explained to me that cloud campaigns can be only public right? Maybe i did something wrong because it couldnt connect.
    Anyway, i have uninstalled fgu, reset the pc, and reinstalled.
    After having reinstalled it kicense key, name and dlc were already filled( i guess there was a directory somewhere left with all the infos), but FGU still didnt work even trying to create a cloud piblic campaign. I' have tried different rulesets also, but no success.
    I'm on win 10 and this is the error i'm having:

    Cloud campaigns can be public or private, the difference is that public campaigns are listed in the lobby and private is not shown. Both cloud options connect to the FG lobby (relay) server - which it appears that this is the issues you're having, not connecting to the relay server.

    Please check any security applications that may be blocking the connection for the FGU application FantasyGrounds.exe - usually installed in C:\Program Files\SmiteWorks\Fantasy Grounds

    No success, I've tried to launch it as admin, and giving larger security in the firewall for fantasy grounds..no use, still having the same problem
