Damned, i was just hoping for one more record type in the world builder menu. Something that i could use for everything else in the campaign, Right now, we have a record for a place, a group, an entity, or a religion. In the collaborative campaign my players and i are developing, we have created things like plants, customs, foods, etc. It would be ideal for us to have a fifth category that would be something of a catch-all. Other or whatever. If that category just had the fields for Description, GM Notes, PC Notes and Images, we could enter those extra creative bits into the record.

Also i have not tried out the new feature, but allowing my players to see other fields will be very useful. Thanks again for your hard work.

Ive uploaded another new build - this includes an Other/Misc category.
There was a lot of entries to work thru for todays changes so some bugs may be found.

Damned, thats just what the doctor ordered! Amazingly fast work and the new shareable fields are perfect. This will be a big help for what we have been trying to do with our campaign. Each player in my group is contributing NPCs, names of streets, taverns, flora, historical events, and so on; to detail the city we intend to play our next campaign in. This is exactly what we needed so that the information could be put in fantasy grounds as it is developed and not after the fact. Plus this allows the other players a chance to expand on locations or ideas the other players create. Thanks so much.

The new checkbox should probably display OUTSIDE the text box rather than on top of it, it tends to look a bit off when displaying over the text when a box is full.

In Races and Classes in MoreCore I have one to the left of the text field and one in the top right as this one uses.
Im still trying to work out which is best.
To complicate it slightly the left positions is already occupied by edit and chat icons on some fields.

What if you just make the box slightly smaller and put it to the right?

Ok Ive added a new feature.
You can now tick a checkbox on all fields except GM Description and these fields will also be available to players that have access to the record.

jonesdaadi please provide some more information.

This is EXACTLY what I was hoping for! Still wish I could allow them to edit it, but I understand the limitations there.
