    Can't Uninstall or Install

    I've broken something in FG. Now I'm trying to uninstall but it can't find the uninstall executable. When I try to install it it gives me an error saying "ERROR - GetProducts: Network : time out".

    What do I do?

    First - the installer and teh updater use the same routines/methods so dont uninstall if you cant update.
    Second - if you are with Xfinity or Comcast look for the sticky post in the House of Healing.

    The network timeout message indicates that something is blocking HTTPS connections from the FG updater software to the FG update servers. It's usually some sort of security software blocking the requests (such as Windows Firewall, etc.) or something on your router. As @damned mentioned, Xfinity/Comcast has made some recent router changes that are causing havoc.
