Help w/ Module Installation
I have no doubt scouring the forums would reveal similar issues..... But I haven't seen a solution.
I have emailed FG Support and have not received a response.
I purchased the Pathfinder 2E Core Rules straight from FG so I don't need the Paizo or Steam Link. When I click on the link for install core rules it just gives you a notepad document with instructions. The instructions however cant be followed because they are either antiquated or the FG app has changed...
I open FG
I Click Settings
I click "manage" under purchases tab
I enter my account login/pw and click "OK"
AND..... NOTHING HAPPENS !
Help Please...

After you enter your forum id and password and click OK, there should be an Update button to press.

Thanks for quick response.
I click "ok" and then "update."
It runs through an update but there is still nothing available in the modules and the Pathfinder 2 CRB says "not installed."
I have checked to make sure that the purchase is linked to my account/forum account. It shows up as "owned" and is listed in the transactions as well.Last edited by TenXero; February 7th, 2020 at 23:00.

Launch a Pathfinder 2e campaign. Go into the Library and then Modules. You should see it in there if the download has completed properly.

Nosir. Just the Calendars and FG Battle Maps.
I've checked the FG Vault folder and PZOSMWPZO2101FG is there.
I've checked the FG Update log and "checking package PZOSMWPZO2101FG for updates" is there.
I've clicked "clear" under the account and restarted again.
Can't get it going...

also have you entered your fantasy grounds license key?
show a screenshot of the vault folder which shows file sizes
show a screenshot of your chat window at startup of campaign

Capture FG Vault.JPG
Capture FG Chat.JPG
Capture FG Module Load.JPG
Noticed top right said "free."
Double checked License... copy/pasted a version without dashes.
Problem solved.
I feel stupid.Last edited by TenXero; February 8th, 2020 at 05:20.
