    Are servers down?

    I can't connect, some days ago i was having no problem but now my connection test gives me a failure. What is happening?

    Your ISP may have changed something. Are you able to update, even if there's nothing to update?
    Check to see if port 1802 is open. I use canyouseeme.org

    I made it, i don't know what happened. I just close everything and reboot the modem and that's it. succes!!! i have to erase this topic?
