shared images render black for some players
Hello,
We play Death in Thay adventure in FGC (fully updated).
When I try to share a picture of an NPC (Vampire, Mane, Hezrou, Glabrezu ... probably all MM monsters, not fully checked), the screen renders black for 2 of my 4 players.
When I share a picture of the map Abyssal Prison or Tarul Var (pictures from TotYP - DiT adventure, not in MM) they encounter no problems at all.
DiT and MM modules are loaded (not shared with players).
(clearing their player hashes didn't solve the problem)
Greetings, Aridhro

How much memory are the players using whilst joined to your campaign? Are you using any extensions? Does this happen in a new campaign without extensions?
If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php

Try have the players who get black images nuke their cache from the join a game screen. That worked for me when a player was not loading map images.

I'll ask them wednesday when we continue our campaign.
Other data I need to check?
I use some small extensions, but will try without any of them and see what happens.
I will also start a fresh new campaign and see what happens.
I will also ask to nuke their cache again. Maybe they didn't do exactly what I told them to do ...
Tx for the help. I'll come back to you ...
