    Table calling another table

I know it is possible for on table to call another table BUT is it possible for the first table to pass a DIE roll to the second table?

    Like.....

    [20][Name of second table]

to pass a roll of 20 to the second table?

Negatory good buddy. Consider using a multi column table

I was afraid you might say that. Its already a multi-column table, just wanted to pass a result from one table to the next. So it can sorta cascade down.
I can /rollon [table name] -d 20d1 which gives me the result of row 20 but I can't use /rollon in a template or anything of course.

Have you tried incorporating Story Templates?

Yeah, doesn't seem to be any syntax used by story templates that allows it to pass a roll to a table

No, there isn't. But Story Templates do allow you to present the information better than sending the info to chat. However there are caveats in that Templates don't do well with multicolumn tables nor tables which call other tables.

It takes a bit of finesse to use them to full advantage. However it does depend on what you are attempting to do.
If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php
