Able to host FG - However one player unable to connect to the game

Hello,

I am able to host the game for players however, I have one player who is currently in a different country unable to connect to the client.
Have tested with a few different players everyone else is able to connect fine aside from one player

Hi Rikashi, welcome to FG.

Check first that the player is using the correct IP address or alias. If they are then something in their computer is stopping FG working properly. They should check their anti virus rule for FG and also possibly excessive flood protection or parental controls active on their router.

Thanks turns out he needs supervision when entering information not just being told what to do he was putting the information in backwards, thanks for the help =]
