This was happening with the Traveller and WOIN ruleset/extension. I just tested both a few minutes ago and it's no longer happening.
However, I'm seeing a WOIN error I missed previously. On the Skills tab of the character sheets, the entire Luck pool is pre-filled in. I can't force it to go to zero. It rolls all of your Luck as a result.

@damned,
Thanks for the examples. It appears that the latest couple builds have addressed the issue.
@PhilAdams,
I'm not familiar with the WOIN system. Can you walk me through setting up a new PC to see this issue; or provide me with a character XML export that I can use?
Thanks,

I just downloaded the latest patch to the Unity side and created a WOIN PC. I couldn't duplicate the error. I opened the pre-generated PC I'd tested earlier, and although the Luck column was still populated with the Luck attribute, this time I was able to reduce it to 0. I added a new pre-generated PC from the Xenomorphs module, and the Luck column on the Skills tab was at 0.
This problem has been resolved.
Thanks!
