FG game system DLC - do players buy it too?

Brand new FG owner, so apologies if this is answered elsewhere (or obvious somewhere), but...

I bought a FG licence, and the Savage Worlds rules DLC. If my players already have FG, do they now need to buy the SW DLC as well, in order to play my SW campaign through FG?

No your players do not need to purchase any DLC. That said, they will only have access to the ruleset and DLC while connected to your game (and only the DLC you mark to share with them).

However if they do choose to get their own copies of DLC that lets them work on their characters on their own time rather than having to wait for you to start your FG server. If they own any DLC (this includes free DLC in the forums as well as retail DLC btw) that you do not, you will get a dialog box to allow/deny them use of that DLC during the game. However, that DLC is not shared with you or anyone else. Only DLC in the GM (server) library is shared.
