How do I upgrade to the Eberon Book?

It is great, It is cannon, I want to play the legal characters therein. I remember buying access to the others books.
HOW do I get this one done?

Did you buy it? Once you buy it, launch FG, run an Update, then start/open a campaign and go to Library > Modules and load it.

There isn't an 'upgrade'. Both modules are different purchases (I'm assuming here that you are talking about the Wayfarers Guide and the Rising From the Last War module)

OK I went there, bought the book, hit upgrade and it is NOT in my library...what am I doing wrong?

Make sure that your have the correct username and password in settings. Also of course make sure you start an 5E campaign. Check also that on the start screen top right that it does not sat 3.3.9 FREE. If it does add your license key to the top box only in settings and update FG.
