Copy it to your <FG app data>\modules directory, load up a PF2 campaign and then activate the module from the Library activation screen. Get to <FG app data> by clicking the folder icon in the top left of the FG startup screen.

Note - if you're running a legacy campaign (using the PFRPG2-Legacy ruleset) you'll need to use this version of the module, otherwise it won't show in the module activation list:
