Script Error dropping parcel on party tracker Inventory

I am getting the following error. "Script Error: [string "scripts/manager_item2.lua"]:59: attempt to call global 'handleParcel' (a nil value)"

I am running a FGC SFRPG. This is my test campaign. I have 4 PCs owned by the GM. I added the PCs to the Party tracker and opened the inventory tab. I dragged the parcel to the window to drop treasure and then the error pops up and nothing is added to the party tracker. I have closed FG and restarted and receive the same error. I have also tried to drop other parcels but I get the same error.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I've tried it with and without extensions. I notice that you can drag and drop items individually out of the parcel with out getting the error.
