Rename Layer and Limit Special Effects Area
I would like to know if there is any way to rename the created layers from scratch and even more if there is any trick for me to apply an effect to just one area and not the whole map.

I'm not sure, but have you looked at the instruction info linked in the sticky post? I would check there to see if it's been detailed yet.
