trouble installing

hello tried installing initial download last night when doing so it says error get products network http:/1.1 400 bad request now i am on windows 8 i believe i have mad an exception on malwarebytes and avast antiviruss and the microsoft firewall for the installer im stuck i do not know what to do now please help

Hi mralgenie welcome to FG.

Avast and Malwarebytes are the worst offenders that I have come across for interfering with Fantasy Grounds. Make sure that you have correct rules in place for both programs and switch off the extra checking that Malwarebytes does for Browser downloads or whatever it is called.
