    Hi spoonhead.

I may be mistaken but my understanding of the player's resource files is a little different. I think it best to not share this with the players until *after* the module has been completed. When you are running the module, you can share directly from the main module those items they find. The player's resource file is meant to give the players access to items from that module when you are in a future module. If not for the player's resource file, you would have to share AP 1, for instance, when you are running AP 4. By having the player's resource files, it gives a very small module for them to access the items later.

I believe Ron Weasley (from the Harry Potter series) said it best: You can't expect Augrael to sit around all day waiting for you to open his link...

I, uh, asked him to hang around a little longer after the next patch

I've talked with Trenloe about methods that would allow images, etc., to be considered unidentified as part of the creation process. I'll see if we can't revisit that conversation in the near future. There is a lot on his plate, though, so it's really a matter of priorities and where any particular issue fall in the hierarchy of things to do.

Alternatively, I could individually mark as unidentified and give unidentified names to each particular image after the creation process, but that presents a whole new complexity if there's any need for alterations at a later date that makes it a potential problem as well.

As for items, those I do have complete control over their identification and non-ID naming process, so if there's an item that should be unidentified, please feel free to report on that. I have no problem addressing any particular issue in that case!

As for the Player's Resource, as I believed sciencephile mentioned, it's a bit of a tricky piece of the puzzle. I create the information for that particular accompanying module to be as true to the source material as possible. The best I can say to that is I will provide the information as included in the APs and leave it to the individual GMs to determine how they'd like to share it. Not sure if that helps or even answers your question, but it's the approach I have taken with the APs so far.

Abomination Vaults AP1 Ruins of Gauntlight. Level 2 map. The gaps between all the double doors were missing wall sections. On other maps, the gap was filled correctly.

Yeah, missed that. Usually Paizo puts a header like "Hazard" to give a clue about hazards. I'll fix it but it won't hit the LIVE system until the June 1st update. You'll have to manually apply the damage in the meantime.

    Thanks for reporting.

I have some gaps between the ears that seem to need filling, too.

I'll see if I can't get both filled by next week's update I can only promise you one, though.

Going to revisit this real quick. The doors to Level 2 have been fixed. Also, because of recent feedback about the practicality/gameplay of having double doors crafted to reflect the exact display of the maps (having those small walls between), I updated all the levels to transition from having double doors with small wall sections between to smooth, seamless doors that connect to each other. This allows for easier transition from room to room and avoids some awkward LOS issues where the map grids don't always line up well with "looking through a door" (this was especially true on double doors that were angular).

This update will go live next Tuesday.

Thanks for the feedback and reporting!
