Are we likely to see an official FG release of the critical hit deck or am I best getting the hard copy and entering it myself?

Still being worked on. There has been other priorities recently (Gods and Magic, Bestiary 2 and the APG). I'll get back to this once the APG is released.

I would really like to see this and the fumble deck made. I made one myself for 1E but im not sure how to make it work for 2E. Thats where you guys come in.....your supposed to make one so I can modify it easily and proclaim victory!
