I threw together an extension that darkens all the reference blocks to make the text readable with the Core Dark theme until it gets fixed.

I took this down as it has been added to the current implementation.

Piggy-backing on this to share that I'll be working on a new base theme for Pathfinder in the coming weeks. When I get into that, I'll add some of those specific frame types to the Core - Dark theme (but there will also likely be two versions of the base Pathfinder theme with light and dark...even thinking about dark as default, we'll see).

Update - I had some time between other things tonight and went ahead and added those additional Pathfinder frames to the Core - Dark theme. That will go out in the next build early next week.
