I have even tried using ZeroTier One and players cannot connect via that way either. any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
In Firewall rule the remote port should be ANY - test that please?

And what the others are saying is good too. The router port forward rules or UPnP rules for your flatmates compuer are getting priority over yurs and will need to be removed for you to connect.

It's not on the troubleshooter but I reset my network adapter and it fixed my issue so I'll be set for my Tuesday game

So I fixed it. I'm honestly not sure what fixed it... I ended up rebooting the computer in system services only mode w/ the firewall off. after that, my player was able to connect. Rebooted in Normal mode, the player able to connect. Then enabled the firewall, the player still able to connect. I'm both frustrated and relieved that it's working now, but I have no idea what it was that was running that was preventing the remote connection. I'm thinking maybe it was a setting change that wasn't taking effect until we rebooted in safe mode. Thank you all for the assist. This forum thread was a great help in getting me to where I was prior to asking for help.

I have seeing that you're helping a lot on the Run Test failed connection with FG so I was wondering if you can help me. I tried a lot of the things that the forums says and it doesn't seems to work. Here is the information that you usually asks for, I hope you can help me, I'm trying to avoid using Hamachi.

    1. Internal IP: 192.168.100.15
    2. External IP: 189.203.xxx.xxx
    Router WAN IP: 10.47.xx.xx
    3. Ethernet. (I use WiFi when disconnected)
    4. It's private
    5. No idea what AV is.
    6. 1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 192.168.100.1
    2 14 ms 3 ms 3 ms 10.47.0.1

    8 14 ms 14 ms 14 ms 209.85.252.13
    9 14 ms 14 ms 14 ms dns.google [8.8.8.8]
    7. I tried with the instructions in portfoward.com.
I call my ISP and they set the DMZ for my IP and I removed the specific port configuration. (I tried both at the same time too).
    8. I don't have any Virtualistation as far as I know.

    More information:
    - I bought the Ultimate version from Steam
    - I'm located at Mexico.
    - I tried CanYouSeeMe.org to see if I can access the port and it returns timeout.
    - netstat -an | findstr "1802" returns empty and I dont have activated the options mentioned in the forum about C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs -p. It says manual and it's turned off.
    - I tured off even Windows Firewall and my antivirus (Kaspersky)

An update is that reading in the forums a little more, in one post a guy mentioned the same ISP (Totalplay in México) that I have, and probably I behind a double NAT and there is only Hamachi for me until I can get a dynamic IP or a public one.

    Hi Gusaar

So the bad news is you have 4 private ip hops between you and the first public ip.
Can you confirm that the Router is definitely a 10.47.xx.xx address?
You look like you are in Mexico - most Mexican ISPs do not support Port Forwarding as standard.
If so you should contact your ISP and say:

"I have a new home security system and I need to do some port forwarding to support the cameras. Can you help me set this up?"

This might get you some traction - otherwise you will need to use Hamachi or look at Fantasy Grounds Unity.

Thank you for the quick response. I'll try that, but I'm guessing that I will end with the last two options.

I need some assistance, please. Already spent many nights trying to find a solution, I'm about to give up FG. I'm very frustrated, purchased the Ultimate License to keep my live games on during lockdown, but already lost three game nights. All screenshots attached.

    1. LAN IP Address: 192.168.0.1

    2. Internal: 192.1680.32 External: 201.17.117.125 (as per FG Classic - Steam)(when I took the screenshot the Internal had changed, I dont know why, bu now its back to 192.1680.32)

    3. Wired ethernet (I`ve disconnected all other wired devices), but already tried wireless. I use a single router/modem provided by my ISP. I live in BRAZIL.

    4. Private network (see below)

    5. AV and Firewall (Kaspersky) disabled. Already tried with it on, adding exceptions.

    7. I’ve forwarded port 1802 in multiple ways, activated UPnP and tried Bridge mode.
