Can you please compare what FG says your External IP is with what the Router says it is.

Connection Test Failure
I've gone through the steps from the website (adding in port forwarding for TCP 1802, etc.) but the connection still fails. My operating system is Windows 10. My ISP is Spectrum. My router is a Netgear WNDR4300.
1. LAN IP Address: 192.168.1.8
2. Wan: 76.94.
3. Connection: Wireless

Ezra, is your ISP Comcast or Xfinity by chance?
To check if your network connection is not set to public, open up your Network and Sharing center (searching for it might be easiest for you). There you will see your active network connection and next to it will be something like 'Public', 'Home' or 'Work'.
AV is Anti-Virus. They are asking about any security software you have like Norton, McAfee, Windows Defender etc.

Ezra please post screenshot(s) of:
WAN/Internet/Status page of each router showing the WAN IP
Port forwarding screen on both devices
you have two modems/routers. you need to forward the outside one to the inside one and the inside one to your PC.

Here is the port from my router: router port.jpg
And here is the port from my firewall: firewall port forwarding.jpg
I'm not sure what I need to clip to show my WAN/Internet/Status. Also, I only have the netgear router I listed, so I'm confused as to why you said I have two routers/modems.

@Ezra - as damned mentions, you have two routing devices in your architecture - 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.0.1. I'm guessing that maybe you have a base router and then a wireless router. You need to port forward from the router on 192.168.0.1 to the second device (it will probably have a 192.168.0.xx IP address) and then from 192.168.1.1 to your computer (which is what you have setup already).

Thank you for responding, Trenloe.
How can I figure out what that other router is? My setup is the following: The Spectrum modem is connected to the wall, and that is connected to my Netgear wireless router. My desktop came with built-in wireless receiver. Could that other router be an error of some kind?
