Dragon question

When an adult dragon does its Frightful Presence attack, can it only target one opponent at a time, or multiple targets? So, could it try to frighten an entire party of adventurers on its first turn, or does it have to do them one by one on successive turns?

it targets all within range that it chooses, so a full party can be hit on its turn
