Fonts and Scale UI

I have been messing around with Scale UI to get more on my screen, but anything other than 100% turns fonts all fuzzy. I have tried a few of the larger fonts, but the clarity is not great.
Just curious if anyone has a good solution for this.

Stick to numbers like 60/80/100/120, 50/75/100/125/150, 67/100/133
These are typically going to scale with better quality than random numbers or smaller increments.

Ultimately you are changing the optimal display settings so there is going to be some trade off.
