    PRIVATE!
    Change it to private please....

However it looks like you are in Mexico - you are going to need to call your ISP and tell them -

"I play this game that needs to accept incoming TCP 1802 sessions from the internet. Can you set this up for me please."

Your IP is very likely shared amongst many others...

If they cant/wont do this have a look at Hamachi or another of the VPN solutions.

Well i have already gone into the router to set this up.. Would there be other settings that need to be done? My original post showed the setting..

I'll change the network to private and see if that helps.

Sent a message to my VPN provider. Said they do not do that due to the security issues... oh well.

    See post #332.
    Talk to your ISP.
If that is the response from your ISP ask to speak to someone else.
Keep asking until someone does it for you.
There are other posters in here from Mexico whos provider DID do it for them.

Otherwise look at Hamachi or other VPN.

Wild idea. Do you have a windows pc with windows 10? If so, and you are interested in trying a free VPN solution, if you PM me I can send you an email with instructions on connecting to the one I have set up to see if it will work for you. Would take about 10 min to try. Obviously better if you can just connect on your own but I'm happy to send to you if you are interested. Just PM me. You can see what I'm talking about in my AlgoVPN threads. Damned is the best though and if anyone can help you with your setup, he can! Let me know.

The AlgoVPN solution that Gwydion has tested should be a good workaround for your setup Senyawd. You will either need your ISP to make a change or you will need to use a third party service.

Hello , I'm not sure if to post here but I'm having a connection problem as well , i read all the post here and tried to fix. my biggest problem is i know just enough computer skills to mess it up good i think. i made an static ip out of the routers scoap, reserved the ip, i can still connect to the net.
I set port forwarding tcp 1802 , tried router ip, comp ip, found wifi card port forwarding I think and added 1802 tcp to that as well with the comp ip. set inbound rules for 1802 on firewall. i've tried different combos but still no go. i know feel its close but i'm out of ideals. maybe i just have the wrong combo.
I play with a group with no problem but i wanted to try running my own deadlands reloaded for them. after buying what i needed i found out i cant GM. any help is well appreciated thank you!

Hi Lazlo talk to your ISP about doing the Port forwarding.
You go thru three sets of NAT so unless you are running some overly complex setup at home its happening on the ISPs network.
If they cant help you have a look at ZeroTier and Hamachi - your players will need to use those as well.
