Cannot connect -
OK so that is a vague title but its true.
I have set my computer to have a static address inside my network.
I have Google Wifi and have setup port forwarding (internal/external) - 1802/1802
I am using TCP Protocal
I have UPnP active
I have removed or disabled my firewalls (ESET/Windows Defender)

Solved it myself - did not realize there was port forwarding needed to be setup on the cable modem as well.
