Basic help with theme window title

Hey!
So this is my first delve into xml, and I am simply rejigging an existing theme and changing some things as I go to learn.
I'm trying to change the title of the NPC sheet window, and with some testing I managed to get a header that simply repeated the graphic instead of "stretching" it.
With some more rejigging I managed to almost get what I needed. https://puu.sh/yrC8q/c6e7536d61.jpg
From there you can see I got the outside section to "stretch" correctly but where the name comes along that weird tiling I just dont know how to fix. I have that for the xml control https://puu.sh/yrC9K/07e0725b9f.jpg but unsure how to fix.
Perhaps someone can help?
I have literally zero idea what I am doing.

Ahh, it was a simple fix. I just kept changing the cent numbers until it fit.
Brute force is the way.

But I do still have one issue. How can I stop the toptab.png showing when I click down the tabs on the side. I've made my own tabs and they dont need a top tab graphic but I can't find anywhere to stop it.

Ok so that one I also figured out, but with the help of someone on discord. There is a superfluous graphic in the frames folder in both the CoreRPG and the 5e rulesets that references a toptab.png as well as the tabs folder which has another graphic. Turns out I was editing the wrong one and hence not seeing the result of my editing coming through.
I've since fixed it
