5e Effect - Add Int bonus to attack roll?

I am trying to code an item that lets you use your reaction to add your Int bonus to your attack modifier for melee attacks. Is that possible in Fantasy Grounds at the moment and if so, how?

There isn’t a way to automatically apply it so it will need to be done when needed.
