5e ruleset, HP bars, GM only?
Is it possible to only show the health bar mode for NPCs to the GM and not players? I've toggled the options in various ways (Tokens(GM)) and if I show enemy health bars it shows to DM and the PC.
I'd really like the PCs to not see anything except for friendly.
This is what I have set right now.

The first option is showing the health on the CT, the second shows it on the token. If you don't want the players to see health turn off the bar on the token.
