Shaintar ruleset question

Hi folks

Does anyone know whether the Shaintar ruleset extension changes the xp needed for ranks - for example, does it change from novice to seasoned at 25 xp rather than 20 as per the core rules?

The extension is encrypted so I can't look at the code, but I just made a character and switched the XP around and it's still set to the Savage Worlds normal advancement -- 20xp per rank.
