Does the SRD include all the skill descriptions, along with the example DC charts? Thats one thing that I miss in the default ruleset.

Anything found in the Standard Reference Document is in this ruleset. We built it from the RTF files pulled directly from WoTC's site.

If the charts you're looking for are in the SRD Bumamgar, then it is in the ruleset.
