Amazing work, Teddy! Thank you for helping make this ruleset accessible now!
I've DM'd you on Discord but I was not sure if you preferred whether or not you'd want me to post on the forums instead.
I wanted to let you know my players were not able to track their encumbrance. They were adding items here or there. The encumbrance values were not being automated or tracked. The movement penalties, armor move penalties, armor agility penalties were not also tracked either.
By the way, I don't know what caused this set of errors. It's crazy I've never seen it. Please let me know and I've enclosed the error logs.Last edited by t3xx3r; December 30th, 2024 at 01:43.

I am replying to this thread with some error logs on the WFRP Calendar that came as a supplement with the WFRP 2e Ruleset. It created some errors, each time I try to pinpoint a day or a month.

The encumbrance scripts as well as item management scripts have been commented out (i.e.: the code for the package is no longer being referenced). From what I've seen, I assume they were causing issue from using the libs/apis before the FGU update that broke the package.
I promised to take a look last year and never got around to it. I'll check it this week (I'll be quite busy but I'll try to squeeze some time in it). No promises as I don't know what exactly broke, but I'll do my best.
EDIT: I took a look, there's a lot of stuff that got commented out, as I mentioned I assume from the previous updates to FGU. So that needs to be fixed, as well as the graphical glitches from the same breaking update. I won't be able to take a look at it in the end, as I don't think I have the time to learn this from scratch. My apologies.Last edited by colorless_spy; March 21st, 2025 at 20:21. Hey people, my friend introduced me to FGU and suggested I use this system for my Warhammer Game. After doing a few months of on-off data entry I was ready to run, but I noticed a few issues with the ruleset and wanted to wait for an update before I ran.
The system runs now without throwing errors (thank you), but there were still a few issues that bugged me and it looked less and less likely that they would get fixed as the months went by (not that anyone is owed a fix or anyone else's time). so I decided to try fixing a few things on the copy of the ruleset I downloaded and make some personal changes to make running stuff like combat faster or easier.
Along the way I fixed a couple of issues like Encumbrance, inventory overlap issue and the Impact bug, and I'm wondering if the people in here would want those fixes too.

Everything seems fine from the changelog, will be several months before my players will actually be able to play a game to see how they deal with it, but i think it looks good!
