Skin based off of the Fantasy Companion

During FG Con 9, I ran across a GM with a Savage Worlds theme that featured elements from the Fantasy Companion, such as the attached border image. What product contains that theme? I've spent some hours looking at settings (and already own the Fantasy, Sci-Fi, and Modern skins) and cannot seem to find it.

I looked at that skin two or three times. I finally extracted all of the files in the extension and found that the image box did indeed use the frame. Thanks for making me look a 3rd time! My OCD or somethin' was kicking in like crazy
