New User Manual uploaded

Check the website for Help > User Manual (outside of the forums) and let me know what you think.

I merely copied over the relevant portions from the Wiki and I made an assumption and included the 5E ruleset instructions as a supplement at the end.

I have uploaded a new version that has a few suggested edits. Thanks Zacchaeus and damned for the suggestions and corrections. It also features a version # to match with the latest LIVE version.

Fantastic. My kinda document! I'm sure Zac and damned already caught everything, but my plan is to read this "cover to cover" after I get back from today's FreeRPG event in my town. If I catch anything, I'll let you know.
