Extension for calculating combat ratings?
Just working through the rules checking out the combat ratings and was really hoping there is an extension to do this?

I have never bothered with the combat ratings, as it says in most of the rule books when it comes to encounters, if the party aren't sensible enough to run away when they should they they will die, it's not D&D after all!
I've never bothered with those rules they are not FFF enough for me.
I am unaware of any extension for this.Last edited by Doswelk; May 9th, 2016 at 07:58.
My players just defeated an army, had a dogfight with aliens, machine-gunned the zombies, stormed the tower, became Legendary and died heroically
Yours are still on combat round 6

Balance doesn't mean much in Savage Worlds when the dice can Ace. I've seen Heroic PCs get the crap kicked out of them by mooks with Parry 5 and Toughness 5 and I've seen Novice characters take out a dragon in one shot.

I ran a con-game when the non-combatant NPC hit a PC with 1 d4-2 Fighting roll (Parry 8) and then did 34 points of damage! (d4 Strength)
