3.5 rules

I'm new to the boards... I haven't purchased Fantasy Grounds yet... I would like some personal opinions really, but more over I would like to know if it comes ready with 3.5 rules or not?

Yes, it does. Not all the rules you need to play, but it has class information, creatures, feats, spells, etc. So that your players could live without the rulebooks. If you are running the game you would probably still want access to the DMG and PHB, although you won't need to refer to them too often if you are an experienced DM.

One other thing to note is that for those of us developing adventures for FG, one thing we're going to try and do with conviction is make sure certain rules clarifications are included in the modules. For any online game though, in some cases it is assumed you and your players have either a 3.5 PHB or a copy of the 3.5 SRD for certain rules clarifications -- the later of which can be downloaded free from WoTC's site.
